We want you to feel confident in your Understatement pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned with the protective strip intact and all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original reusable mailer and ensure all original labels and hygiene stickers are securely in place.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
